the service was great with parking on-site. location: the hotel was right by perfect stop before-or-after the forgotten world highway, and an amazingly contorted bendy canyon.

Our stay in a superior queen room here was one-of-a-kind. the setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by picturesque gardens, expansive lands, and a strangely unique bendy canyon that offered breathtaking views. 🌿

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate retreat as it provided a conducive environment for hard work day after day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, allowing me to focus on my work. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful gardens also provided a calming atmosphere for breaks and relaxation.
The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a high-speed internet connection. Reliable and fast internet access would have been beneficial for staying connected and completing tasks efficiently.

I absolutely adored the beautiful South African-inspired decoration throughout the hotel. It made me feel like I was on a grand adventure in the heart of Africa, right in the comfort of my own room. The general areas were also incredibly cozy and inviting, with plush seating and warm lighting. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The pathways were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it a breeze for me to explore and enjoy the stunning gardens.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people like me, it would be to have a little more assistance from the young ones working there. Just a little extra help with carrying bags or offering a helping hand would have been greatly appreciated.

The location of this accommodation is truly remarkable, nestled in the midst of indigenous rainforest and surrounded by vibrant gardens. The presence of life-size African game animals adds a unique touch to the experience. Despite the remote location, the hosts go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy woodburner for chilly nights. The common sitting/lounge area and ample outdoor seating allow for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.
The instant coffee provided in the rooms could be improved.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress and it provided a comfortable and conducive environment for my work. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, allowing me to work efficiently. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings also helped me relax after long workdays.
The only service I missed for my work was a designated workspace or desk in the room. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated area to set up my laptop and work comfortably.
